Bicolored Scrubwren, Aethomyias nigrorufus, is a bird of montane western to south-eastern New Guinea in the Australasian warbler family. It lives in the New Guinea Highlands, where it is associated with moist montane forest. The species was described by Salvadori in 1895. It is placed in Aethomyias, after earlier treatment in Crateroscelis, and its present classification follows a 2018 molecular study of scrubwrens and mouse-warblers.
