Tinamotis ingoufi Oustalet, 1890
Patagonian Tinamou, Tinamotis ingoufi, is a tinamou in the family Tinamidae and the order Tinamiformes. It is found in southern Chile and southwestern Argentina, where it lives in temperate grassland at elevations of 200 to 800 m. It also occurs in savannah and brushland. The species is about 35 cm long. Its upperparts are grey with black spots, the throat is white, the breast is rufous, and the belly is cinnamon. The male incubates the eggs and later raises the young.
