Day 1
Leh to Tso Kar and back
Leave Leh after breakfast and travel about 150 kilometres via Taglang La, allowing five to six hours for the outward drive. Walk near Tso Kar Lake to watch birds before returning to Leh in the late afternoon. The lake stands at approximately 4,400 metres, and the operator recommends several days of acclimatization beforehand.
