Acre Tody-Tyrant, Hemitriccus cohnhafti, is a tyrant flycatcher of south-eastern Acre on the Brazil-Bolivia border, with its breeding range extending into adjacent south-eastern Peru. It was described in 2013 and is now recognised as a distinct species. The bird is monotypic. It lives mainly in secondary forest on sandy, nutrient-poor ground, usually in low, open woodland with bamboo in Brazil, and it is known from below about 300 m. Its range is limited to Bolivia, Brazil and Peru.
