Birdwatch is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent tour organizers. We do not operate tours, set prices, or process payments. Bookings and payments happen directly between travelers and organizers.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
3. Listings and inquiries
Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of listings, availability, and policies. Travelers are responsible for asking questions and confirming details before booking.
4. Bookings and payments
All booking terms, deposits, and payment schedules are agreed directly with the organizer. Birdwatch is not a party to any booking agreement.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant Birdwatch a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not post false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Do not use the platform for spam, scraping, or abuse.
- Respect wildlife, local laws, and safety guidance.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if these terms are violated or if required for safety or compliance.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for losses related to tours, travel, or organizer performance.
