The African Yellow Warbler (Corypha athi) is a small, brightly colored bird found in the woodlands and savannas of sub-Saharan Africa. This species is known for its distinctive yellow plumage, with a black mask and olive-green wings. It is a highly vocal bird, with a melodious song that is often heard during the breeding season. African Yellow Warblers are primarily insectivorous, foraging for insects and larvae in the foliage of trees and shrubs. They build cup-shaped nests in dense vegetation, where they raise their young. This species is not currently considered to be at risk, with stable populations across its range.
