Allpahuayo Antbird, Percnostola arenarum, is an antbird of north-east Peru in South America, where it is known from Loreto. It was described in 2001 and is tied to the understorey of sandy forest, especially varillal on white sand, with a smaller western population in similar irapayal woodland. The species is found in a few separate areas north of the Amazon, mainly in the Nanay and Itaya river drainages, with another group along the Morona. It lives between about 100 and 250 m and is a year-round resident.
