Andaman Cuckoo-Dove, Macropygia rufipennis, is a pigeon in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It is found only in this island group, where it breeds in the Oriental Region. Its small body and rusty colouring help set it apart from other doves in the area. The species was described by Blyth in 1846. It belongs to the family Columbidae and the order Columbiformes.
