Annam Prinia

Prinia rocki Deignan, 1957

Cisticolidae — Cisticolas & Allies

Annam Prinia, Prinia rocki, is a passerine in the family Cisticolidae that breeds in southern and central Vietnam. It is associated with the Đà Lạt Plateau in the Annamite Mountains, where its range is limited to a small part of the region. Described by Deignan in 1957, it is treated as a single form with no recognised subspecies. It was once included with the Burmese prinia and Deignan's prinia under the brown prinia, but later work separated it from those birds.
