Ant-eating Chat Myrmecocichla formicivora is a passerine in the family Muscicapidae, the chats and Old World flycatchers. It breeds in southern Africa, from southern Angola, Namibia and Botswana to southern South Africa. It was described by Wilkes in 1817.
