Antioquia Wren, Thryophilus sernai, is a passerine wren of north-west Colombia in South America. It lives in dry forest on both sides of the Cauca River Canyon in Antioquia, and it is uncommon across its range. The species was described in 2012 by Lara, Cuervo, Valderrama, Calderón-Franco and Cadena. It is placed in the family Troglodytidae and the order Passeriformes. Its name honours Marco Antonio Serna Díaz, a Colombian naturalist from San Vicente Ferrer, Antioquia. Habitat loss linked to the Ituango Dam is a principal threat.
