Apo Sunbird, Aethopyga boltoni, is a passerine of the sunbird family found in montane Mindanao in the southern Philippines. It lives in tropical moist mountain forest between 820 and 2,000 metres above sea level, including areas around Mount Apo, Mount Kitanglad and Mount Malindang. First described by Mearns in 1905, it is a Mindanao endemic. It has a curved bill, and the male shows a yellow throat stripe, a bluer tail and an orange patch on the centre of the breast, while the female lacks these features.
