Araucaria Tit-Spinetail, Leptasthenura setaria, is a passerine bird of the ovenbird family that breeds in south-east South America, in north-east Argentina and south-east Brazil. It is tied to Araucaria angustifolia trees and takes its English name from that tree. This small furnariid has a long tail, a short crest and a slightly downcurved bill. It is a resident throughout its range and lives in forest, woodland, groves, gardens and plantations, usually in Araucaria trees from mid-levels to the canopy. It feeds on arthropods and builds a ball-shaped nest high in a tree.
