Ashy Cisticola, Cisticola cinereolus, is a bird of the family Cisticolidae found in north-eastern Africa. Its breeding range includes Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, South Sudan and Tanzania. It is associated with dry savanna, dry shrubland in tropical or subtropical areas, and dry lowland grassland in tropical or subtropical regions. Described by Salvadori in 1888, it belongs to the order Passeriformes.
