Ashy-throated Warbler, Phylloscopus maculipennis, is a leaf warbler of the Himalayas and northern south-east Asia, with breeding in the Oriental Region. It occurs in the Himalayas, Yunnan, north-east India and northern Indochina. Its habitats are temperate forest and moist lowland forest in subtropical or tropical areas. It belongs to the family Phylloscopidae and was described by Blyth in 1867. It was once placed with the Old World warblers.
