Helopsaltes amnicola

The Asian Brown Flycatcher (Helopsaltes amnicola) is a small migratory bird found in East Asia. It has a brownish-olive upperparts and a pale underbelly with a distinct eye-ring and a short bill. During the breeding season, it can be found in open woodlands, parks, and gardens, where it feeds on insects by catching them in mid-air. It is known for its melodious and repetitive song, often heard during the breeding season.
