Banggai Golden Bulbul, Hypsipetes harterti, is a passerine in the bulbul family and is found on Banggai Islands east of Sulawesi in Australasia. It is endemic to Banggai Island in Indonesia and occurs in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. The species was described by Stresemann in 1912. It is placed in the genus Hypsipetes, alongside other bulbuls in that group.
