Bannerman's Weaver, Ploceus bannermani, is a bird of the weaver family found in Africa, with a breeding range in Nigeria and Cameroon. It is native to the Western High Plateau and lives in subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. The bird’s name honours the ornithologist David Armitage Bannerman. Described by Chapin in 1932, it belongs to the order Passeriformes and the family Ploceidae.
