Bismarck Cicadabird, Edolisoma remotum, is a bird of the Bismarck Archipelago in Australasia, where it breeds on Lavongai, New Ireland, Dyaul and the Feni Islands. It belongs to the cuckooshrike family and was first described by Sharpe in 1878. It is confined to islands in this archipelago and was once treated as part of the common cicadabird. Its natural home is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. Four subspecies are recognised across the archipelago, including forms on New Hanover, Mussau, Emirau, Umboi, New Britain and Lolobau.
