Black-and-white Bulbul, Microtarsus melanoleucos, is a passerine in the bulbul family, Pycnonotidae. It occurs in the Oriental Region, breeding on the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Siberut in western central Sumatra, and Borneo. It was described by Eyton in 1839.
