Black-bibbed Tit, Poecile hypermelaenus, is a passerine in the tit and chickadee family, Paridae. It occurs in the Oriental Region and breeds in central, western and south-western China, as well as western Myanmar. It was described by Berezowski and Bianchi in 1891.
