Black-browed Barbet, Psilopogon oorti, is an Asian barbet of the montane Malay Peninsula and Sumatra. It lives in montane and dipterocarp forests, mainly between 600 and 2,000 m. Its breeding range is in the Oriental Region. The bird is marked by black streaking above the eyes and red on the bill area, lores, throat and nape, with a yellow throat edged in blue. It was first described by Müller in 1836.
