The Black-browed Willow Warbler (Phylloscopus nigrorum) is a small passerine bird known for its distinctive black eyebrow stripe and olive-green upperparts. This species is known for its melodic and varied song, often heard in its breeding grounds in the boreal forests of northern Europe and Asia. Black-browed Willow Warblers are insectivorous and can be found foraging in the tree canopy and shrub layer. During migration, they travel long distances to wintering grounds in sub-Saharan Africa. Despite facing threats from habitat loss and climate change, the Black-browed Willow Warbler is currently considered to be of Least Concern by the IUCN.
