Black-cheeked Lovebird, Agapornis nigrigenis, is a bird of south Zambia in Africa, where it breeds in a limited area. It is a small parrot in the family Psittaculidae and was described by Sclater, WL, 1906. Its plumage is mostly green, with a brown head, red beak and white eye-rings. It is confined to a small range in southwest Zambia and is affected by habitat loss.
