Black-faced Warbler, Abroscopus schisticeps, is a bush warbler of the Cettiidae family that breeds from the central Himalayas to north-west Vietnam. It occurs in Bhutan, China, India, Myanmar, Nepal and Vietnam, and is associated with moist lowland forest, moist montane forest and scrub in subtropical or tropical regions. It is recorded mainly between 1,500 and 2,700 m, though it can also be found as low as 600 m. Formerly placed with the Old World warblers, it is not migratory.
