Black-throated Shrikebill, Clytorhynchus nigrogularis, is a passerine in the Monarchidae family that breeds in Fiji, on Viti Levu, Ovalau in the Lomaiviti group, Vanua Levu, Taveuni and Kadavu. It was first described by Layard in 1875. The species is also known as the black-faced shrikebill. It occurs in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest. The Santa Cruz shrikebill was separated from it in 2008, although some authorities still treat that bird as a subspecies.
