Blue-crowned Laughingthrush, Pterorhinus courtoisi, is a bird of the family Leiothrichidae that breeds in China, where it is now found only in Jiangxi. It was once placed in Garrulax, but a molecular study in 2018 led to its transfer to Pterorhinus. The bird is known for its blue crown, which separates it from the yellow-throated laughingthrush, a close relative with a pale grey crown. Its scientific name honours Frédéric Courtois, a French missionary to China.
