Blue-fronted Parrotlet Touit dilectissimus is a bird of Middle and South America, breeding from Panama through Venezuela to north-west Ecuador. It belongs to the Psittacidae family of African and New World parrots. Its body is mainly green, with a blue forehead, a white eye ring and red markings around the eye. The crown and hindneck are bronze-green, and the wings show strong red on the wrist, black primaries edged in green, yellow underwing coverts and a tail pattern of black and yellow with black tips.
