Blue-headed Fantail, Rhipidura cyaniceps, is a fantail of the northern Philippines, breeding in the Luzon group and recorded from Luzon and Catanduanes. It is part of a wider species complex with the Tablas fantail and Visayan fantail, and is set apart by molecular work, voice, a plain blue chest without shaft streaking, and a brown belly. Two subspecies are recognised, one from north-west Luzon to the Bataan Peninsula and the other from north-east Luzon to the Bicol Peninsula and Catanduanes. It uses forest from lowland to montane levels.
