Blue-lored Antbird, Hafferia immaculata, is a passerine antbird of the family Thamnophilidae that breeds in northern South America, from Venezuela into Colombia. It lives in the understorey and along the margins of humid evergreen forest, as well as in mature secondary growth. A notable feature is the pale blue lores and the bare blue skin around the eye, with a deep red iris. The species was first described in 1845 and is now placed in Hafferia. Its breeding biology is not known.
