Urosphena whiteheadi (Sharpe, 1888)

Bornean Stubtail, Urosphena whiteheadi, is a bird of montane Borneo in the Oriental Region and belongs to the Cettiidae family. It was described by Sharpe in 1888. It lives on forest floors and in undergrowth in mountain forest from 750 to 3,150 m. The bird is small and short-tailed. Its head and upperparts are brown, while the underparts are whitish and become grey at the sides of the breast and flanks. It has a long buffish-brown supercilium, a dark grey eyestripe and a thin yellow eye-ring. Both sexes look alike.
