Bougainville Island Thrush, Turdus bougainvillei, is a thrush of montane Bougainville in the Solomon Islands, within Australasia. It belongs to the family Turdidae and the order Passeriformes. First described by Mayr in 1941, it was once treated as part of the Island Thrush complex. A later study led to its recognition as a separate species, and it was split in 2024 by the IOC and Clements checklist.
