Bougainville White-eye

It is characterized by its distinctive white eye-ring and olive-green upperparts. This species is often found in the forest canopy and is known for its acrobatic foraging behavior, as it flits from branch to branch in search of insects and nectar. The Bougainville White-eye is a social bird, often seen in small flocks, and its melodious song can be heard throughout the forest. Despite its limited range, this species is not currently considered threatened.
