Brewer's Blackbird

The Brewer's Blackbird, scientifically known as Euphagus cyanocephalus, is a medium-sized bird found in North America. Males have glossy black plumage with a distinctive violet-blue iridescence on the head, while females are dark brown with a subtle iridescence. These birds are often found in open habitats such as grasslands, agricultural fields, and urban areas. They are highly social and often forage in flocks, feeding on a variety of seeds, insects, and fruits. Brewer's Blackbirds are known for their adaptability and can be seen in a wide range of environments. Their conservation status is of Least Concern according to the IUCN Red List.
