Bronze Parotia, Parotia berlepschi, is a bird-of-paradise in the family Paradisaeidae that breeds in the Foja Mountains of north-central New Guinea, in Australasia. It was described by Kleinschmidt in 1897. The male is marked by a blackish body with a bronze sheen, greener on the neck, and a head pattern that sets it apart from Carola’s parotia. It also has six wire-like head plumes, a thin orange eye-ring, and black and white flank plumes. The female is light brown above, with reddish wings, a pale underpart, and brown and white on the head.
