Bubbling Cisticola, Cisticola bulliens, is a passerine in the family Cisticolidae, found in western Africa in Angola and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It was described by Lynes in 1930. It lives in dry savanna and in subtropical or tropical dry lowland grassland. Its song varies, but usually begins with a pair of che notes and ends in a long liquid trill. It also gives squeaky whistles and scolding calls, and its song is close to that of chattering and rattling cisticolas.
