Buff-breasted Mountain Tanager, Dubusia taeniata, is a tanager from South America, breeding from central Colombia and western Venezuela to north-west Peru. It belongs to the family Thraupidae and the order Passeriformes. First described by Boissonneau in 1840, it is now placed in Dubusia. The bird was once treated under a different common name, and two former subspecies are now recognised as separate species. Its range includes montane forest in the tropical and subtropical zone.
