Burmese Shrike, Lanius collurioides, is a bird of the Oriental Region in south-east Asia. It belongs to the shrike family, Laniidae, and was described by Lesson, RP, in 1831. Its breeding range covers Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. It occurs in subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and in subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.
