Buru Racket-tail, Prioniturus mada, is a parrot of the Psittaculidae family that lives on Buru in the western Moluccas of Australasia. It is confined to forest on that island and has not been recorded anywhere else in the wild. The species is mainly green, with a blackish bill that is paler at the base and yellow undertail-coverts. Adult males show blue from the back of the head to the mid-back and onto the upper forewings, while females have only a small blue patch on the nape. Juveniles lack racket-shaped tail feathers.
