Carmelite Sunbird, Chalcomitra fuliginosa, is a bird of the sunbird family found in western and central Africa. Its range includes Liberia, the lower Congo River, and coastal parts of western and central Africa as far south as central Angola. It belongs to the family Nectariniidae and is placed in the order Passeriformes. The species was described by Bechstein in 1811.
