Cerulean-capped Manakin, Lepidothrix coeruleocapilla, is a bird of the manakin family found in Peru, where it is endemic. It lives on the eastern Andean slope in central and south-eastern parts of the country, in humid forest undergrowth in foothill areas. The species was first described in 1844 and is now placed in Lepidothrix rather than Pipra. It is the only member of its kind, and its nearest relative is the blue-rumped manakin. The breeding range is South America: Peru.
