Charlotte's Bulbul, Iole charlottae, is a bulbul of Borneo and Banggi in the Oriental Region, where it lives in moist lowland forest. It belongs to the family Pycnonotidae and was first described by Finsch in 1867. The bird was originally placed in Criniger, and the IOC recognised it as separate from the buff-vented bulbul in 2017. Its range is limited to Borneo, including the area north of north-eastern Borneo.
