Chestnut-bellied Flowerpiercer, Diglossa gloriosissima, is a passerine of the tanager family found in Colombia, where it breeds in the Andes. It lives in moist montane forest and high-altitude shrubland, and is known from scattered upland sites in the western part of the country. The bird was first described by Chapman in 1912. It is a small montane species with a slender upturned bill, which it uses to pierce flowers at the base for nectar. Its range is limited and fragmented, and habitat loss is a threat.
