Chestnut-capped Piha, Lipaugus weberi, is a bird of the Cotingidae family found in north-west Colombia, in a restricted part of the central Andes in Antioquia. It lives only in a narrow zone of humid premontane cloud forest. Its plumage is dark grey, with a chestnut crown on the upper nape and pale cinnamon undertail coverts. Adults are small for pihas, at about 20 to 25 cm long. Males have altered primary feathers with stiff, lengthened barbules that produce a wing whirr, apparently used in display. Its call is very loud, and it is mostly frugivorous.
