Zosterornis whiteheadi Ogilvie-Grant, 1894
Chestnut-faced Babbler, Zosterornis whiteheadi, is a passerine of the White-eyes family that breeds in montane Luzon in the northern Philippines. It was described by Ogilvie-Grant in 1894. Despite its name, it belongs with the white-eyes rather than the babblers. It is tied to mountain forest and also uses mossy forest, pine forest, open woodland, scrub and altered habitats. It is most often recorded above 1000 m, though it can occur much lower, and it is especially frequent at higher elevations.
