Chestnut-vented Warbler

The Chestnut-vented Warbler is a small, insectivorous bird found in eastern and southern Africa. It has a distinctive olive-green upper body with a chestnut-colored vent and undertail coverts. The throat and breast are pale yellow, and it has a thin, pointed bill for catching insects. This species is often found in dense undergrowth and thickets, where it forages for insects and spiders. It is known for its melodious and repetitive song, often heard during the breeding season. The Chestnut-vented Warbler is not currently considered to be at risk, and its population is stable.
