Chinese Rubythroat, Calliope tschebaiewi, is a passerine of the Muscicapidae family that breeds in Kashmir, Tibet, central China and northern Myanmar. It was first described by Przevalski in 1876. It lives in open woodland and scrub, and is known for the white markings on the tail, with white at both the base and the tips. It is closely allied to the Siberian rubythroat, but that bird lacks these tail markings. It was once treated with the Himalayan rubythroat as one white-tailed rubythroat.
