Christmas Frigatebird, Fregata andrewsi, is a frigatebird in the family Fregatidae that breeds on Christmas Island in the Indian Ocean, south of western Java. Outside the breeding season it ranges through the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand, across the Sunda Shelf, and into the South China Sea and the Sulu Sea as far as south-western Philippines. It was described by Mathews in 1914. The species is a seabird with a breeding range centred on a single island, unlike the wider breeding spread of the other frigatebirds.
