Chusquea Tapaculo, Scytalopus parkeri, is a tapaculo of southern Ecuador and northern Peru in the family Rhinocryptidae. It was described by Krabbe & Schulenberg in 1997. Its range runs through the East Andes and the Chilla Mountains in Ecuador and reaches the Cordillera del Cóndor on the Ecuador-Peru border. It lives in Chusquea bamboo and nearby undergrowth within humid montane forest. In Ecuador it occurs from 2,250 to 3,350 m, while in Peru it is recorded up to 2,900 m. It is monotypic and forms a superspecies with Spillmann's Tapaculo.
