Cinnamon-faced Tyrannulet, Phylloscartes parkeri, is a passerine of the tyrant flycatcher family that occurs in South America, from central Peru to northern Bolivia. It lives in a narrow strip on the eastern Andean slopes, where it is tied to intact humid montane evergreen forest. The species is resident throughout the year. It is the last of four Phylloscartes species named in the late twentieth century, and the first specimen, taken in 1899, was once mistaken for another tyrannulet before it was recognised as distinct.
